Brighton and Hove School Sport Festival

Welcome to the site for the Brighton and Hove School Sport Festival.

In 2008, the Festival will take place from the 28th of June to the 13th July at many different locations across the city, involving every school in Brighton and Hove. The Festival is the product of partnerships between the Brighton and Hove School Sport Partnership, Brighton & Hove City Council and many clubs and voluntary bodies throughout Brighton and Hove.

This site aims to provide information both for schools and for outside bodies. If there is any information that you cannot access, please do contact us.

This year, the Brighton and Hove International Festival of Sport will take place between the 28th June and 13th July 2008.

TakePART 2008 Launch Day!

The TakePART 2008 launch day will be in Preston Park on Saturday 28th June. The launch will be a large-scale FREE event kick-starting the festival with the largest exhibition of sports and physical activities ever seen in Brighton & Hove.
